We charge a nominal fee per stay to accommodate your furry companion.
Accepted Pets:
We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, unless prior arrangements have been made, if authorized, extra pets after 2 are an additional $35/ stay, each. If you dog weighs over 75 lbs, please get prior authorization.
Pet Rules:
– Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved.
-Pets should be up to date with vaccinations and flea treatments.
-Please ensure your pet’s behavior doesn’t disturb neighbors or cause damage to the property.
-We request that pets are not left unattended in the accommodation unless crated and only for short periods.
-Any excessive pet hair or damages caused by pets will incur additional cleaning or repair charges.

-Guests are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their pets during their stay.

Additional rules
If bringing a pet, you’ll add the pet fee at check out. Pet Fee is for up to 2 housetrained dogs. No puppies under 1 year old. Additional dogs need to be approved & are an extra $35/ dog. The housekeepers live on site and are in and out of the properties constantly, if you have any needs during your stay, let me know & I’ll get it taken care of!
Events allowed if authorized by owner Commercial photography and filming allowed if authorized by owner. Quiet hours 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Check-in: After 4:00pm Check-out: by 11am No Smoking Inside. NO BUTTS ON THE GROUND. No parties or events without prior authorization. Please place all trash in the trash cans provided throughout the property. Please respect our neighbors who live here full- time. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
Please report any accidental breakages or damages before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests.
Only guests listed on the pre-arrival form are permitted to stay overnight. The number of total guests cannot exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on the property without prior authorization.
All guests and visitors are the responsibility of the primary booking guest and must comply with all house rules. Child supervision- children must be supervised at all times, no children under the age of 12 by the lake without adult supervision.
Compliance- Failure to comply with the house rules may result in a termination of the reservation and all guests may be evicted for not adhering to our house rules.
Checkout time by 11 AM. Max number of guests is max per listing.
Grill rules- Clean the grill after use or there will be a $10 grill cleaning charge. You can leave cash for the HK. Wash & store grill tools under the kitchen sink.
